This sample
drying oven is designed specifically for assay, sample preparation
in laboratory analysis.
The housing of this unit is made with 14 gauge steel, satin coated
formed panel construction, with the exterior finished with a standard
hammer-tone blue powder-coat paint. The interior satin coated
steel panelling and high density insulation ensures energy efficiency.
This oven features four doors with stainless steel hinges and
latches for easy and specific sample access. Included in this
design are 6 heavy-duty bar gratting shelves, providing ample
surface area for sample drying.
Also incorporated is a side-mounted temperature and control panel
featuring digital display temperature controller. To regulate
temperature, a 326 CFM recirculating fan and two 3” dampers were
installed. The dampers also act as a safety feature by providing
suction or natural ventilation.
The operating range temperature of this oven is from 90 to 120
C° and 18 KW, 3 Phase operating power.
