| The Sample Screener Device
is a stand-alone unit that is used for sample screening
in assay applications.
The crusher screener incorporates a stainless-steel
base that is closed on three sides. It has an opening
in the front for a drawer and an opening in the back
for dust to exhaust to the bag house.
A Sample Screener Device includes a stainless-steel
funnel attached with four springs with a removable tray
made from 0.22” stainless steel screen.
The vibrator is powered via an air piston with an operating
range of 0 to 90 PSI.
The Sample Screener is complete with an air filter,
oiler, regulator and a vibrator control valve. It’s
overall dimensions are 54”H x 17 1/4”D x 16 1/2”W.
