This unit consists of a stand mounted turn-table that has removable sample trays that pass through a cascading flow from a small conveyor belt fed from a mini hopper. Each unit comes with 6 removable, inter-locking containers of approximately 1L capacity each.

Sample pan carousel, hopper and the table base are made of stainless steel that allows for easy clean-up & maintenance.

The turn-table is powered by a DC variable speed motor with a maximum rotation of 18 RPM.

The variable speed conveyor belt allows for even sample distribution without classification. The feeder belt speed is adjustable from 2.25”/minute to 52”/minute. The hopper capacity is approximately 20L.

This Rotary Sample Splitter comes complete with a mobile table stand that is equipped with locking casters. The stand is finished with a durable, long-lasting powder-coat paint.
