Lafarge Vancouver, British Columbia and Calgary, Alberta Working closely with our customers appointed consultant engineer, UEE continues to successfully supply electrical equipment for various Lafarge operations such as Texada Island, Kent Ave and more recently the Spy Hill operations. UEE has supplied e-houses equipped with MV switchgear, protection and control panels as well as PLC systems and LV Motor control centers. Our engineered modular building design has allowed our e-houses to be installed directly into the ship loaders as well as being stacked two high to provide an electrical room on the lower level with a fully equipped office and operators facility on the upper level. This complete package arrangement reduces onsite construction, installation and testing costs. Additionally UEE has supplied operator cabs and other electrical power equipment for Lafarge’s operations.
