UEE Dust Exhaust Hoods are made to fit any application or requirement. Our standard hoods use 11-gauge steel in the shell, baffles, and exhaust port, while the countertop uses 3/8" plate steel welded to the shell. Two-part epoxy paint covers the entire exhaust hood and provides a durable, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean surface.
For highly corrosive environments, 14-gauge stainless steel is used for the shell, baffles, and exhaust port, and 1/4” stainless steel is used for the counter top. Custom hoods can be manufactured to fit any space.
Every hood comes with a 10", manually-operated blast gate to control air flow through the hood, and baffles ensure uniform flow from all areas of the work station.
Dust Exhaust Hoods can be mounted on open or enclosed stands to suit site requirements, and options available include interior lights, tool storage, air pressure regulators, and ancillary equipment controls.
