E-Houses

Since our inception, Unit Electrical Engineering Ltd. (UEE) has designed and manufactured modular enclosures for use in various applications. During this time, UEE has refined its engineering and manufacturing expertise to successfully execute the design and supply of modular enclosures from the simplistic to the most challenging of applications.

The "modular system" designed and developed by UEE, is a versatile construction technique for portable steel buildings.

These modular modules have potential for limitless configurations as well as the possibility for future expansions, thus are able to meet various project requirements.

Some module configurations may include: electrical distribution and protection and control buildings such as Mobile/moveable Substations, Walk-in Switch houses, Electrical & Process Control Rooms, Pump Control Stations, Field Repair Stations; various laboratory buildings, traction power substations and other site buildings such as Offices, Lunchrooms and Washrooms.

The UEE "modular system" incorporates the use of tubular steel frame and steel wall & roof panels. Modular Buildings are designed as stand-alone units or they can be skid or trailer-mounted for ease of mobility at a job site.

UEE Buildings are designed to withstand various environments and climates. They are finished with a durable "powder-coat" paint and are designed to include interior climatization such as air conditioning, heating and venting.

Custom-built to customer requirements, these units can be designed complete with electrical, plumbing, heating & venting systems. All components are installed prior to shipping, eliminating high on-site costs.
